Slack is the destination for live cards, Review SLA DMs, weekly digest, production changelog, and (opt-in) personal digest. Connect it from Integrations in the console.

1. Open Integrations and choose Slack.
2. Approve the Slack workspace install.
3. Create or pick a destination: the channel for live cards (and optionally digest / changelog).

Confirm your binding with /warestack whoami. If Slack is missing, /warestack link.

Then configure:

• Live card chain → that channel
• Review SLA → reviewer and owner DMs (Messages)
• Weekly digest and changelog → the channel you name

Do not enable a personal digest for someone else. Each person turns it on from Overview › Needs attention › Customize.

Channel destinations and person bindings are different objects. A connected Slack workspace does not prove that a requested reviewer or repository owner has a confirmed person binding.
