Linear is the ticket system of record for the change-management pack. Connect it from Integrations so Warestack can store associations, keep one resource on the issue, and run the mention-only agent.
- Open Integrations and choose Linear.
- Complete the OAuth install as the Linear workspace.
- Confirm the GitHub↔Linear link on a known issue (native GitHub attachment plus one Warestack resource).
- Install/enable the Warestack workspace agent if issue mentions should run governance turns.
A known identifier in the PR title, branch, or body can be resolved and persisted after the workspace is connected. A raw or unknown key is not proof of linkage; confirm the association in Warestack. See Linear.
If the install is actor=app, finish from Integrations (not a half-connected row on Overview). Backfill is a 30-day issue import after the workspace is connected; it does not invent pull-request links.
The normal Linear agent turn is read-only. Creating issues, commenting, or changing assignment must be an explicitly enabled action, not an assumption made from the integration being connected.
